How can i find a partner to invest on another plantation? The land is pay off and size is about 2662 HA or same as 6,575 International Acres. Because is so new for USA when the people see what kind of returns that the investment gives , they just don`t believe . check this out . This is fact , FACT. Example on my current farm in Brazil .
411 Hectares (HA) ------------------------------------$137,000.00
Preparation of the soil (tractor hours etc..)----$ 82,000.00
Trees $0.10 each x 570,000------------------------$ 57,000.00

500,000 trees is on the land for 32 months today , about 25 feet high .
One tree after 5 years is Equal 1.5 Cubic Meters (M3)
Today`s price of the wood is $20.00 per M3 ( depends on the price of ,steel , paper , Charcoal , civil construction.)
INVESTMENT
500,000 x 1.5 M3 = 750,000 M3 x $20.00 = $15,000,000.00 US .
So, do you understand now when i say that they don`t believe .
But is true and there is thousands and thousands of people doing it.
Once Again, how can I introduce this bussines to somebody without then thing that ( yeh this guy is a dreamer) . Thank You .
A: Just have reliable sources to back up your facts. Or hire an independant consultant to provide them the research.
Q: here is a great recipe for cleaning spray?
1/8 Tea Tree Oil 1/6 Eucalyptus Oil and 1/4 Lemon Oil Then mix 1/2 Distilled White Vinegar and 1/2 Distilled Water. Shake every time. I use it on my sinks, shower , tile floors, and counter tops. Even my carpet. just don't use it on wood. If you need an abrasive sprinkle a little Baking Soda, then spray your mixture on it. The only thing to be careful of, is wear gloves when mixing and probably when using as well if you are preggers. The Eucalyptus can cause contractions. Or better yet, leave it out when preggers.
Eucalyptus is an antiviral and deodorizes
Tea Tree is antibacterial, anti fugal, and antiviral
Lemon is antibacterial and leaves a fresh scent
Distilled White Vinegar cuts the grease and actually disinfects
Baking Soda freshens and works as an abrasive
Do you have any good recipes. I would love to hear them.
A: To clean your microwave. 1 cup of water in a small bowl with some lemon juice and put in the micro for a few minutes. It should almost boil. Do not open the door for about 10 min. It will steam off the caked on residue and wipe clean with a wet dish cloth.
P.S. This is kind of backwards to some people's thinking. We're trying to be green, but we use a microwave. Contradictory isn't it?
Q: Are you a Nature Lover?
I am a mad lover of nature...... and is busy collecting pictures of it..... At present I want a Picture of a place which is in my imagination....The place should be among woods with a single long road stretching nowhere.... and the climate should not be hot at all not too cold... the place should be covered with light mist(not heavy) and both sides of the road should be filled with pine or Eucalyptus trees...... and the sky should not be fully visible...... it has to be a calm and serene situation...with dead leaves strewn on the road.... if anyone you have got such a kind of picture kindly send it to mysterious_mantra@yahoo.co.in.
A: Sounds similar to where I have a house in Subachoque, Colombia. About an hour from Bogota. In the mountains. Not too hot during the day, never too cold at night. There are many Eucualyptus trees there. None of the roads are paved. There is a small valley on one side of the property. I have watched the fog roll down the valley in the evening and then turn around and head back up into the mountains, just like a snake.
Here are some pictures of the area.
