I have used it before had some results but I cant deiced weather or not if had ephedra in it. I Diet and exercise but I just want more out of it. please you don't have to tell me not to use them I already have made the decision to do so. I just want to know If it worked for other people. Q: Whats a good diet pill that really works?
hi..so i used to have those metabolife pills with ephedra ( i bought a crap load of them off ebay before they were out) i have ran out of them about 6 months ago and tried other diet pills. i know i know i know i should exersice to keep the weight off but to be honest i work the graveyard shift, so i get off work and go straight to bed and i'm to damm lazy to exersice. for a long time metabolife worked.. it kept the weight off without me having to exercise. but know since i'm off that pill everyones saying im gaining weight fast and i can SOOO notice it. my question is has anyone tried the metabolife pills that have no ephedra in it. i never tried it cause i heard it didnt work so i never bothered to try it. oh and just so you know, when i was taking the epedra pills i would only take 2 per day. for some reason it made me super shaky and weak. plus i'm anemic so i think it hit me differntly then most people. i dont think my body could handle if i took more then 2. sometimes my heart would beat so hard and fast, i know that was the epedra but gosh that stuff work'd

Q: Black Ice w/ Ephedra vs. Tri-Stack??
I am contemplating between the two diet pills. Has anyone tried one or the other and had success? I used to take metabolife 356 and stimerex es. Only diet pills with ephedra work for me.. any help deciding between the two would be much appreciated. I would also appreciate the typical...dont take diet pills its bad for you blahlbahlabhlabh bs to not waste my time. I am aware of all of your nonsence. I am asking a specific question and would like an apropriate answer.

A: I've used all the diet pills you've mentioned and had good results with all because they are ephedra based products. I've tried ordering black ice with ephedra and couldn't find anyone selling them anymore. I did try another diet pill called Tri-Methy Lean with ephedra and got very similar results as Black Ice. I would use the Tri-Methyl Lean again if needed. Just my opinion. P.S. I'm with you on the"don't take diet pills thing...sorry to those who don't agree, but nothing works like ephedra.

I only want those to answer who understand what I am looking for. I do not want to hear about how bad it is for you, I have examined all of the information out there so I do not need to be preached to. I believe if you don't abuse it you can have wonderful effects. There are plenty of things on the market that have not been removed that have had worse effects on the body than this. Yes ephedra is legal just not in the high dosages it use to be in, and ephedrine is not the same. Ephedrine is man made off of the ephedra plant Ma Huang and is used mainly in allergy medicines. It can be nasty stuff and I refuse to use it. Most products say that is has ephedra when it is ephedrine when you look at the label. So does anyone know of a real product that works that is not a waste of my time. P.S. I have gone to the doctor and I am currently taking Phentermine. It works but not the same. I have taken many differnent kinds of things and have yet to find that special one. That's why I am looking for help. Thanks.

A: I, like you, had wonderful effects taking ephedra. I have been looking for it in some other form since the powers that be took it away from us. I wish that I could tell you where you can get it.. but I have spent hours looking for it everywhere and I can't find it. I never thought I would be able to lose weight without it... but over the last 18 months I have lost 103 lbs... without ephedra. I would still take it though if I could find it. I have 12 lbs left to go. If you do find it anywhere, please let me know. Good luck in your journey!

Q: Have you tried hydroxy cut diet pill?
I was wondering if anyone has had good results with hydroxycut? (I know pills aren't good for you, so please dont lecture me) A few years ago I lost ALOT of weight with metabolife but they dont sell the ephedra kind anymore. Should I try the hydroxycut?

A: i was gonna tell you that pills are a waste of money and they don't work...but you said not to so i'll just say that for a pill i've heard good stuff about it. also,i think you should try yoplait light yogurt.have you seen the commercial where the wife is talking on the phone about how she always keeps apple turnovers and key lime pies in the fridge and the husband overhears and starts rifling through the fridge and the wife is like "honey,what are you doing" and it turns out she means the yogurt? yea,that stuff is delicious.i personally like the apple turnover. listen to these nutrition facts: 100 cals 0 fat total 10%vitamin d and calcium 14 sugar nutritious and delicious!

Does anyone have anything good to say about it? It sounds great to me. I believe in weight loss supplements because I lost about 13 lbs. seven years ago when I took Metabolife with ephedra.

A: i recieved mine about a month ago-i took it for about week BUT i couldn't follow the diet because I am allergic to fish so that screwed me over there! but i could feel it working to some extent but that could also just be from the 2 liters of water i would drink a day!!i got the liquid form..and it tastes AWFUL i had to plug my nose and immediately down it with water. I feel that if you stick to the diet and guidelines that you will lose weight...i however stopped taking it after a week because my face broke out-terribly! i haven't had zits for years and it was disgusting..my husband comes home from iraq for his R&R in 3 weeks so i would rather be a little chubby still from our baby then have a face full of acne! good luck to you!

Lately I have been hearing so much about all different kinds of pills. I am happy with my lexapro but I am curious about somethings I have heard. Like.. 1) Ritalan- "my nephew had to stop taking it because it made him lose soooo much weight"- is this true? and if so why? 2)Wellbutrin- anti depressant that "reduces appetite" 3)Topmax- also reduses appetite but i have no clue what it treats 4)Dexedrine- kills your appetite but has crazy side effects like paranoia and anxiety 5)Certain pills have the drug speed in it? what medicine treats something that needs a drug!?!? 6) which is better Metabolife or Ephedra I dont know if any of this is true! I heard conversations alot and it got me wondering. Please put the number and say if its true or false and other information. xoxo hoot

A: Okay this is sad but i have been on every one of these medications so i guess i will tell you my experience and what i know about them. Ritalin and Dexedrine are medications for ADHD. They are also anorexants, but only for morbidly obese people. These are the drugs that you would refer to as speed. Another common one is Adderall. These medications work on the neurotransmitter Dopamine. Wellbutrin is an antidepressant. However it is not like most antidepressants it is a Norepinephrine and dopamine reuptake inhibitor. I can cause weight lose but not a effectively as the ADHD medications. If is also not a very good medication to take if you drink alcohol. Topamax in my opinion is the worst medication ever. It is true that it can cause weight loss (by the way i did not lose weight while on it) however it causes a severe lack of concentration and memory loss. So if you are in school or have a job that requires thinking do not take this medication. If I had to choose between Ephedra and Metabolife (neither are good) I would choose Metabolife because Ephedra has cause many many deaths due to the hypertension effect it has. Which is why it is no longer on the market.
