Q: What is the best diet pill or quick weight lose pill around?
What diet pill or fast weight lose pill works the best. I have tried hydroxycut hardcore but I have not seen any results lately. I work out at least three to four times a week. Any help would be appreciated.

A: diet and cardio, no way around it. commercially available diet pills do little if anything, no magic weight loss pills out there so u can stop looking, and start being realistic diet is the key to losing weight, limit calories and avoid simple carbs and sugars

Q: What is the best possible diet to feed a dog?
Is it true that it's best for them to eat meat and vegies, and fruit just like us? I've heard people talk about a natural diet with this, but I thought dogs were supposed to eat dog food? Is there a best brand of dog food, or should I cook meat for my dog?

A: I feed BARF (Bones and Raw Food) diet. That and prey model feeding are considered to be the best ways to feed a dog when done correctly. BARF has fruit and vegetables and very select pre digested grains as well as meat, prey model is all meat. Just do some research on both feeding habits ADD: My dogs are fed kangaroo meats, raw meaty bones (mostly chicken), vegetables (spinach, sweet potato, carrot, watercress), fruit as snacks, select grain mixes which are pre digested, organ meats and a multivitamin/mineral for dogs daily..

What is the best diet out of the following? 2-4-6-8 diet cabbage soup diet cereal diet 3 day liquid fast sugar free diet carb free diet fat free diet fruit and veggy diet any of these for 10 days, which would i loose most on?

Q: What is the best diet for a college student?
I am an average college freshman. Unfortunately the freshman 15 has crept up on me and i want to know what the best one week diet is? any suggestions are welcome.

A: First of all, there are no one week diets. Your body can burn fat, but it needs the proper nutrition with correct portions and cardio throughout the day. Find out how many calories you are suppost to intake each day. For example, my daily calorie intake is 2,045. You can google daily calorie intake. Now, if you want to loose 1 pound a week of fat, then cut your daily calorie intake by 500 calories. So if you daily intake was 2000, then you would only eat 1500 calories a day and loose 1 pound a week or 4 pounds a month. Now, if you add exercise to that, then you will probably double the fat loss. However, you need to eat 5 to 6 meals a day and 300 calories each. Eat things like chicken, vegetables, some pasta, fruit, and natural foods. Do not eat processed or empty calorie foods. This lifestyle will feel like your hungry, but only for the first six days or so. Check out bodyforlife.com and you will see examples of people and how they used basically what I described above. Please do not starve yourself or try some scheme diet, there is only one proper way to loose fat. No pill or special new product will do it for you, Trust me, I know.

Q: What is the best diet for young inactive girls?
Many children nowadays, girls in particular, lead very inactive lifestyles. What would be the best types of food to give them to eat (i.e. what's the best diet for them), aside from encouraging them to exercise?

A: If they willl eat fresh veggies and fruit such as apples, baby carrots, celery, green and red peppers for snacking that fills them up and makes them less likely to fill up on junk foods. Measure out portions at meal time and pass the salad if still hungary. Cut out high fat meats and substitute 95% lean beef or ground turkey. There are many ways to cook chicken. Often in the winter we have soup and salad night. I would go whole grain breads vs white. Definitely keep junk food out of the house, for an occassional treat you could substitue baked chips for the traditional fat laiden ones. Water is great, but if there must be juice, cut it half and half with water.

Q: What is the best diet for super quick results?
Yes, I know, slow weight loss is best but I have a HUGE black tie event I am attending in 8 weeks and I need to lose a lot fast! What is the best diet? Help!

A: Your right, there is no quick solution for quick weight loss to be effective. What I suggest is to cut down on your meals in half of what you normally eat. Stick to foods that are low in carbs and high in fiber and protein. And above all excersise. Do some light weight training and 20 minutes of cardio vas. 3 to 4 times a week. By sticking to this regimen I managed to lose 7 pounds in three weeks. After you loose the weight it is real easy to maintain your ideal weight if you stay with a regimen similar to what I described. Have fun at your event and here's to your health!

Q: What is the best natural diet to go on if you want six pack abs?
What is the best natural diet to go on if you want six pack abs? I would appreciate if you told me how many meals to eat, what time to eat the meal, and what should be in the meal. Please dont tell me about any pills or protein shakes or protein powders because i dont like doing that kind of artificial stuff. Thanks in advance.

A: Break your meals up into 6 small meals a day. As far as diet, it's common sense stuff, if it seems like you shouldn't eat something, you probably shouldn't eat it. Just make sure you have a balanced diet that is relatively low in fat. Run/ jog/walk in the morning before you eat if possible while your body is in a naturally hypoglycemic state, experts say this is when you are most likely to burn up fat stores. Other than that a good regular weightlifting routine is essential. Make sure you are tightening your core muscles when you do all exercises, don't cheat! If you put on enough muscle your body will burn off more fat naturally. With a combination of diet and exercise you should get those abs eventually, but don't be discouraged, it takes awhile for some people.

Q: What kind of alcohol is best to drink while on a low calorie diet?
I know that no alcohol is the best, especially when trying to lose weight. But I'm going out and would like to have something. Is wine the best, or not? Vodka and diet coke?

A: Wine has a lot of calories too. Best bet is to drink hard alcohol with diet soda.

Q: What are the best things to include in a 500 calorie a day diet?
I realise how unhealthy this is, but this is for an acting oppurtunity I have worked hard for. I have calculated that to lose the amount of weight I need to for the role in seven weeks, I need to eat a strict 500 calorie per day diet. What's the best way of doing this? I of course want to get as much balance as possible within the strict limit, and I also want to be able to fill myself up. What are some good low-calorie foods/filling up foods I can eat, and that will sustain me during the day? Obviously I need to eat low-calorie foods so I can eat several times a day and not get unbearably hungry. I'm taking multivitamins and iron tablets as well. Thanks a bunch!

A: Lots and lots of salade. You should do what i do. I eat between 1000-1100 calories a day, and burn off between 500-700 calories. You're still eating but you're working it off and tonning up at the same time!

Q: What is the best body building diet for vegetarians?
I've been a vegetarian since my birth [Just Vegetarian, not a Vegan]. I'm so thin and short for my age, that I need to build my body now. I eat regularly but don't seem to grow at all. So, tell me the best vegetarian diet to build body.

A: I'm not sure what exactly you're eating. You say you eat regularly, but that doesn't tell me your exact nutrient profile. Even as an omnivore, you have to eat a proper diet to get proper nutrition. That being said, eat a proper diet to get proper nutrition! I'm a vegan and I actually pursue bodybuilding. I'm not thin, and I have a more restrictive diet than you do. As a vegetarian, you can still have the gold standard of protein, egg, as well as dairy. Both eggs and dairy (in the form of whey) are highly consumed by bodybuilders because they are so fabulous for protein. I suggest adding more of that to your diet. Don't just cram cheese and sh*t down your throat...actually eat a balanced diet here.

Q: What's the best way to make sure my cat gets enough oil in his diet?
My cat has some clumps of fur on his back that won't come out. A friend told me to give him vegetable oil so I mixed a spoon of olive oil with a bit of tuna and it seemed to improve his fur. Then another friend told me to give him fish oil instead so I did but he barely touched it, and then he vomited later so I won't do that again! My question is, is it really okay to give him vegetable oil and what kind is best? He eats dry diet cat food so it's very low in fat, and I doubt if he gets enough essential fatty acids. I give him a bit of tuna a few times a week but it hasn't cleared up the fur problem by itself.

A: Olive oil is good, and so are egg yolks. Peanut oil is a tasty treat and generally goes down well, and does wonders for a dry coat.
